Frequently asked questions
Can we buy a place in the results?
No. The order of doctors is set by the sorting the patient chooses. If sponsored placements ever appear, they will be labelled as advertising and kept separate from the regular results.
What is needed for the “Verified clinic” badge?
A valid institutional licence and the documents of the doctors whose profiles are listed. The check is carried out by the portal’s verification team.
Can we delete a review?
Delete — no. Dispute — yes: if the appointment cannot be confirmed, the verification team removes the review. You can publish a reply to any review.
