Where to write
Booking and rescheduling
If no confirmation arrived, or you need to reschedule or cancel — write to support quoting your booking number. You can also cancel from the booking itself, without a call.
Review dispute
If you believe a review about you or your clinic is inaccurate, write to the complaints address. We will ask both sides to confirm the appointment took place.
Listing a clinic
Connecting a clinic profile and uploading schedules and prices is handled by the partnerships team. What you need for this is set out on the “For clinics” page.
Press
Send requests for comment to the general address marked “press”: we will forward them to the editor-in-chief.
