The portal does not promise a verification timeframe: the verification team names it once it has received the documents.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to state the price of an appointment?
No. If no price is given, the profile shows “Price on request”. We will not substitute a market average for yours.
Can I consult online?
Yes, online consultations are shown on the profile with their own price. The patient sees that it is a video consultation, not an in-person examination.
What happens to my profile if I go on leave?
The schedule is closed for the dates you need, and the profile stays visible with a note of the next available time.
