We came with the child for an appointment, but they couldn't put a filling in for him.
Disliked
The sign says that we are not clients but patients, yet the attitude was like in a state polyclinic. I was told: "Get out, you've put on too much perfume!"

We came for the appointment earlier than the others, but it didn't help.

The administrator at reception behaves insolently: those who came to certain doctors are left to wait inside the dental clinic, while everyone else is rudely driven out to wait on the street, citing quarantine. There is no friendliness at all.

She is a very well-known paediatric dentist, she has trained many dental doctors. She explains everything clearly, I trust her.

We brought our child aged 2.1 to Tamara Marasulovna to treat his teeth. The doctor very quickly treated 7 teeth, then took him and coped on her own. Everything is clean and cosy, everyone is polite.

I liked everything: both the hospital and the staff. The woman at reception is very polite, she will explain everything, give advice, she is polite both on the phone and in person. Thank you.

I came for an appointment, and I was told nothing except that I needed to have an X-ray taken.

After that they stated that I had to pay for the consultation. This is simply outrageous!

I made an appointment, and when booking I described my situation in detail. I waited half an hour, and then they said it wasn't for them.
Disliked
The attitude when booking is simply disheartening: they are rude, they talk as if they are doing you a favour. Because of this I wasted time, my mood was ruined after talking to them — that's what awaits you there.
