I wanted to book an appointment, I was ready to spend money, but apparently they don't need it at all.
Disliked
They need to put an adequate member of staff on the phone. On WhatsApp you have to drag answers out of them word by word — they reply as if under duress. Customer focus is zero.

The appointment took place, and in my comparison this medical centre is one of the best. I think it should be taken into account that the medical centre is only a year old, and the doctors came from the city of Almaty, and that means travel and precious time.

I went to this medical centre, and the appointment left an extremely unpleasant impression.
Disliked
They took my tests clumsily and slowly, and in the end they gave out something completely different from what was needed. Because of them, the treatment was delayed by a week. The staff are incompetent, the hospital is completely unprepared for work. The employees run from one to another, know nothing and understand nothing.
