I had an appointment with Islam. Previously I had crowns placed by another dentist, and he made a mistake. Because of this my gums hurt badly and became inflamed. Islam redid everything from scratch.

The woman on the other end of the line was very tired and spoke reluctantly. To my simple question about the cost of an extraction she just hung up. Very disappointed: that is how you lose clients, even though you seem to have 5 stars.
