I came for an appointment to get treated, but after the visit my condition only got worse.
Disliked
The nurse behaved rudely, and no one takes any responsibility. It is better to go to another place — I will never come here again.

I happened to encounter the treatment room where a nurse named Lyazzat works.
Disliked
She works carelessly: she has difficulty getting into a vein, she conflicts with patients, calls them *zhyndy* and throws them out if she is not in the mood. I do not recommend it.

We came with a baby for an injection, it was a paid procedure, we went in calmly.
Disliked
The nurse was immediately rude when I asked where we should go, and refused to give the baby an injection. The second nurse did not know how to divide the dosage. We are horrified by such service. To my question about what kind of service this is, they replied that she has been working for 15 days without rest. I am simply lost for words.
