With a paid appointment everything is different: there they call you themselves and don't let go until they get you to do what they suggest. But if it's free — they drag it out until the last moment, until I collapse right there in the queue.
Disliked
When it's free, they only get round to you when you're already about to drop dead there in the queue. And when the boomerang hits you, you'll be running around just the same.
