I went for an ultrasound, and the appointment was conducted by Kairanova Svetlana Bekbolatovna.
Disliked
She is very rude, does not explain properly, does not talk to people properly. She does not approach her work responsibly. It is not as if she is seeing patients for free. When I went for an ultrasound, she gave me someone else's ultrasound report. I did not like the appointment at all, very bad!!!!! Go somewhere else, that is what I have to say to you.

My wife and I were sitting in the queue, we were supposed to go in, but instead they let others in before us. We were told it was lunch, and were told to come at 13:30.

I came for an appointment on 03/07/20 and I only go to this clinic for Svetlana Bekbolatovna.

Overall, I have always been satisfied with everything.
Disliked
Today I was a little upset because of the girl at reception: she had a runny nose, watery eyes and other signs of a cold. I understand that everyone needs a job, but given the epidemic situation, it would have been possible to arrange sick leave for this woman. After all, pregnant women and not only them are there every day. No one wants to get ill, especially at such a time.
