I had an appointment at this clinic, and I did not like it there at all.
Disliked
The location is inconvenient, there is no parking, the prices are high, the staff is unprofessional. The doctors performed procedures where there should be sterility — without gloves, without caps, they did not treat their hands. I paid in cash, but I was not given a receipt, which means they work unofficially. I will never set foot there again and I do not recommend it to anyone. I ask the tax authority to pay attention to this.

The appointment took place, and based on its results I was dissatisfied. After an injury, I was given a referral for an MRI only a month later, and this depended on my activity as a patient, and not on the systematic work of the clinic, which should care about recovery. I was given an expensive injection and electrophoresis, but the treatment turned out to be of little effect, because after the MRI a tear in the shoulder was discovered. I sent my photos and sensations via WhatsApp immediately after the first appointment, but contact with the clinic in a business rhythm is weak: WhatsApp is only for booking appointments.

Weak professionalism. The referral for an MRI was given a month after the injury — this depended on my activity, not on the clinic being systematic as doctors who care about the patient's recovery. An expensive injection and electrophoresis turned out to be an ineffective treatment, since after the MRI a tear in the shoulder was found. Contact with the clinic in a business rhythm is weak: WhatsApp is only for booking appointments, even though I sent my photos and sensations there right after the first appointment. The result: ineffective medical care. Honestly dissatisfied.

The Andromeda clinic recently opened in Almaty, and I had an appointment there with the rheumatologist Moskvitina Kseniya Aleksandrovna. I was thoroughly examined, all my tests and scans were carefully studied, and treatment was prescribed.
Liked
I am very glad that in one clinic you can find all the doctors I need. Highly qualified specialists work there, who treat patients in a friendly and attentive manner. I really liked the doctor: she prescribed a specific medication for my diagnosis and gave recommendations, rather than a pile of medicines, drips and painkillers that relieve pain only temporarily. My well-being is improving every day. Thank you, Kseniya Aleksandrovna! I recommend her to everyone who needs a professional rheumatologist.
