The service there is awful, and the pharmacists are incompetent. This is the worst pharmacy in the city.

I needed a medication to improve potency, and I went to the pharmacy.
Disliked
This is the most awful pharmacy. The pharmacist announced the available medications so loudly that all the customers knew what I needed. The lack of tact is off the charts.

The pharmacy is very awful: something is constantly out of stock, instead they advise buying something else, and when I call — they don't pick up the phone.

I came today to pick up medicines for my wife, I myself was after a night shift, very tired, so I didn't notice the sign. The saleswoman didn't warn me verbally before payment that there is no exchange or return. My wife is pregnant, she wrote to me, she made a mistake — it happens to anyone. I didn't even take the paid bag from the counter, it stayed there with her.

What kind of service is this? They don't give the manager's number, they refer to it being a day off and say that she won't talk to me, and that she decided for her. This is a nightmare. The single service number isn't answered. People, the service here is nightmarish, it doesn't exist at all. I don't recommend it to anyone. I regretted being too lazy to go to Europharma.

I needed ordinary fluconazole. I asked the pharmacist if they had it. She answered that they had the Indian one for 2400, roughly that. There was no other. I didn't take it. The next day I went to another window and asked another girl if they had fluconazole. She clarified which one exactly I needed. I said the simplest one. She offered one for 290 — would that do? I took it, of course.
