This is a shoddy outfit, I wouldn't advise it to anyone. There is no professionalism there at all. And the moustachioed uncle is quite a character. Better to steer clear of this clinic.

I booked an ultrasound for 8:00 in the morning and came at the appointed time.

They didn't have the keys to the ultrasound room, so the examination was never done for me, and I wasted my time for nothing.

I went to this clinic to take a PCR test, and all of this happened shortly before our flight.
Disliked
When I called reception, I was quoted one price for the test, and then Arkady wrote to me to pay a different amount. I asked why the price had gone up by 2000, and he replied that there had been a promotion until 1 June, but it had ended, even though we called after 1 June. Then he sent me another text saying there was a promotion at 4000 per person, and I replied: ok, let's go with that promotion. After that, he first didn't reply for a day, and then wrote a load of messages and deleted them, as if to say sit there and wonder whether he'll do my PCR or not. Because of this attitude, I decided it would be better to go to the same Invivo, where they'll quietly do the test without any such stunts, and we can go off on holiday in peace. Neither I nor my friends will ever go to this clinic again, and I wouldn't advise you to either.

I booked an ultrasound as part of a promotion, checked with them about it in advance, took time off work specially and travelled across the whole city. I waited for an hour, and when it was already time to go in, they told me that ultrasounds are not done as part of the promotion.

Who is going to answer for all of this now, for my wasted time and money spent on travel? The clinic is terrible, it doesn't even deserve one star. Why don't they warn about this in advance? I wouldn't advise anyone to go here. They didn't even apologise for this situation.
