The centre is excellent. The staff are well trained and know their job. The masseur Zhazira is a wonderful master of her craft.

I came for rehabilitation after a stroke, I had travelled from another city. But the place where we were transferred is at a new address, and there are no facilities there.
Disliked
There are 20-30 people in the ward, it is hot, and there are not even basic curtains on the windows. People come for rehabilitation after a stroke from other cities, and in the end it only gets worse: blood pressure rises, and it is impossible to sleep peacefully. Draw your own conclusions.

They don't answer the phone either by day or by night, at any time of day. There are no services in the treatment room — at least, they don't give injections there.

I have been undergoing rehabilitation at this centre since December 3021 after suffering a stroke. I had left-sided hemiparesis of the leg and arm. Here I started walking, and now I am working on restoring my arm.

The centre is wonderful, the medical staff are top-notch. I like the massage, the physiotherapy, and the kinesiotherapy. I want to mention such specialists as Kamalov Karimzhan — kinesiotherapist, Kuanysh Zhuubanysh Kuanyshuly Malikov Magilan — masseurs, occupational therapist Asem Zhumagulovna. I am happy with all the health-improvement treatments. The specialists here are wonderful — knowledgeable, skilled and very warm-hearted. They treat every patient with warmth and care. I recommend it.

The staff there are disgusting. Because of them my grandmother's condition worsened. I would not wish on any loving son or daughter or grandchild to take their relatives for rehabilitation to this place.

My husband was referred to the MCMR through the portal, but he was refused rehabilitation at the appointment.
Disliked
They said he had thrombosis, although there is no such diagnosis in the hospital discharge summary. They suggested he come back in six months, but he needs rehabilitation right now.

I booked an appointment with a cardiologist, I came, but the cardiologist was not working that day. I was told that the doctor had fallen ill the previous evening, she has Covid, but in 3 days she will return to work because she is being treated by an express team.
Disliked
I was apparently booked by mistake. I don't understand why all this had to be made up. I am sorry about the wasted time, and it is unpleasant that I was deceived.
