This is the most terrible pharmacy, there is no respect for clients there. They spoke to me rudely, impolitely. They do not care about my situation. Just a nightmare.

I have been going for procedures and getting drips for two years now, and all this time the injections and IV lines have been done painlessly.

I would like to thank Madinochka separately — she has golden hands, she gives injections and sets up drips just superbly, she is kind, responsive and pleasant, I adore her, I wish her success in her work. I went to the pharmacy, but I was not seen there — this is a review about the pharmacy, not about a doctor.

The pharmacy is terrible and irresponsible: it is stated that they work until 24:00, but they do not answer calls and do not respond to simple questions. On WhatsApp there is a complete ignore, when you call they decline. On Monday I am going to complain to the higher authorities that deal with pharmacies.

Yesterday we arrived at almost 22:30. It says that they work until 00:00, but when we arrived, we were told that the treatment room was closed.
Disliked
I only needed one injection, and as usual there were no people, no queue either. Why could they not give one injection? It is simply laziness and unwillingness of the nurse to work, or whoever she is. Sick people come to get an injection, and because of an employee's whim they have to look for another place. Nightmare! No humanity at all!
