I came for an appointment, I needed an injection, and I saw that in the treatment room the floor was dirty, there was no sink for the nurse to wash her hands before the procedure.

The girls are generally good and give injections well.
Disliked
The room itself is a mess, unsanitary conditions, dirty floor, no sink for washing hands, and one girl works both as a salesperson and sets up drips and gives injections — she can't keep up. It's stressful, because people come to get treatment, and sanitary standards are not observed.

I attended an appointment, and all of it left an extremely unpleasant impression.

There is complete unsanitary conditions everywhere, the female staff are rude and boorish, and the pharmacy is simply terrible.

I went into the pharmacy, a girl with long black hair works there, she accepts payment via Kaspi, perhaps her name is Alfiya.
Disliked
This girl deceives all visitors: she adds money to everything, she is not ashamed to deceive even elderly people. This is very low and mean. When I pointed this out to her, she replied that she is the owner and sets the prices herself. Pay attention to this!

I went into the pharmacy, it is open around the clock.

The pharmacy is excellent, you can always find the medication you need. There is also a treatment room — that's a plus.
Disliked
But this same treatment room is also a minus: it is very small, located at the entrance to the pharmacy, people sit and wait, which makes it difficult to enter the pharmacy itself. The girls are torn between selling medicines and working in the treatment room.

I came for an appointment and was given an injection. I bought levomycetin for 660 tenge, and paid 1250 for the injection. Then I went to another treatment room, and there the same injection and the same levomycetin were cheaper.

I was overcharged, and no receipt was given. I won't go there again.

The treatment room looks like a drug den from films — everything is peeling, scratched and shabby. In winter there is no heating, patients are covered with old blankets, and the floors are hardly ever washed at all.

The appointment went well: I saw the specialists, and everything was explained to me in detail, even though I came with a ready-made prescription from a doctor.
Liked
The staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable, they give consultations at the level of doctors. They don't mind explaining exactly which medication has been prescribed to me and how to take it. It's especially convenient that there is a treatment room — you can get all the necessary procedures there right away.
