I came to this dentistry with a complaint about a tooth. The examination was carried out by dentist Konysbay Shalkar, and I was examined right in the corridor.
Disliked
I am very disappointed with this dentistry. There is no service at all, they do not know how to work with clients here. After the examination in the corridor, I was not prescribed any treatment, but was immediately quoted an astronomical sum. It is obvious from everything that the doctors here are cynical and unprofessional. It is a great pity that we have such dentists. I do not recommend visiting this dentistry.

The appointment with the doctor took place, and I liked everything.

I liked the professionalism, friendliness and kind-heartedness. I especially liked the approach of Doctor Shalkar — a specialist who is a master of his craft, with a light hand. I was always afraid of doctors, but after Shalkar the phobia disappeared. The team is friendly and welcoming, you go there as if to your own home. I thank the whole friendly team, and especially Shalkar!

The dentistry is excellent! Many thanks to the chief physician Konysbay Shalkar Sovetbekuly — he is a specialist of the highest category. The girls at reception, Roza, Zhansaya and others, are very friendly. We are very pleased. The children are no longer afraid of dentists thanks to the specialists at this clinic.
