I booked a consultation, but the appointment date was mixed up. I even called back and confirmed the date.

I booked an appointment with the doctor in advance, 15 days ahead, after surgery at this clinic.
Disliked
I don't understand why they even book appointments if there are no doctors. You have to wait not minutes but hours. One doctor sees all the patients, people have been waiting since 11.00 and cannot get in, it's already 15.40. I ask the management to pay attention to the service.

A year ago my mother had surgery to replace the lens because of cataracts. Everything went perfectly. We plan to have the second eye operated on there as well.
