I came for a full diagnosis at 13:50, although I had booked for 14:00. As it turned out, the administrator had booked me for 14:30. In the end I went in at 14...
Disliked
I was booked for the wrong time, not the one I had agreed on: I had planned for 14:00, but the administrator set it for 14:30, and I only got into the room after 14.
