I came to the reception myself and made an appointment with a paediatric neurologist. I was told that an appointment was possible in 2 days, and payment only in cash — 4,500 tenge. I was surprised, because they state that you can pay both by card and in cash. Fine, I made the appointment. On the day of the appointment they called me and said the payment was 5,000 tenge. And this price has been in place for two months already.

It's not even about the money, it's about conscience. I'm in shock myself at this, I cancelled the appointment and won't be coming back!

I consulted the infectious disease specialist Evseev Gennadiy Aleksandrovich. He treated me for pneumonia and a heart condition, and it all passed in a short time. Before that, a cardiologist had treated me unsuccessfully for 20 years, but Gennadiy Aleksandrovich managed it. Previously I could only get around with Nordic walking poles and suffered from breathlessness, but now I don't just walk — I run.

I want to thank him for his high professionalism. He is a truly strong doctor, we have never met anyone like him. He is a doctor with a capital D. I wish him health, happiness and success in his difficult work. Best wishes from Yuliya, Tatyana and Albert.

I arrived for the appointment an hour before closing, but they had already closed. I asked them to see a 2-year-old child who had cried all night, holding his ears.
Disliked
The ENT doctor just said she had already put away all the instruments. I'm simply in shock at such inhumanity, and that's not counting the fact that they still had a whole hour of working time left. The staff are simply inhuman!

I took my child to see the ENT doctor and the paediatrician Kim, the appointment took place in Kapshagai.
Liked
The ENT doctor is an excellent doctor, very competent in working with small children. The paediatrician Kim is also excellent. If you're choosing a doctor for a child in Kapshagai, then only there. The staff are polite, the visitors too, the atmosphere is always favourable — both while you're waiting for the appointment and during the appointment itself. I recommend it, because it's the best there is in this city. Our choice settled on these two specialists — the ENT doctor and the paediatrician Kim.

This is the most terrible centre. The medical staff and administrators are rude Russian women. The manager needs to completely replace the medical staff and administrators, and it is time to send these employees into retirement.
