I did Aikune therapeutic gymnastics with the instructor Eidar.

I was very pleased. Thanks to Eidar, who is a true professional in his field, my back pain decreased, the stoop began to go away, the pain and discomfort in my legs and arms disappeared, the internal organs began to work. The gymnastics is very necessary and useful. The staff are polite and responsive. I am especially grateful to Eidar for the quality work, patience and responsibility, many thanks, may Allah give him health and more such instructors.

I want to thank the centre from the bottom of my heart for the fact that there I was treated with attention, sensitivity and understanding. I completed the basic course sitting, the classic course lying down and a back massage. The instructor Rasul worked with me, and Maira did the massage. In the first days it was hard and uncomfortable, because the body tried to return to its original, crooked position.

The result turned out excellent. I want to say that above all everything depends on the person himself — whether he is ready to change himself and live with his head held high. After all, this is not only working on the spine and muscles, but also a great deal of psychological work on oneself.
Disliked
One needs to work more, since everything that has accumulated over the years cannot be changed in a short time.

My son gave me a birthday present — I underwent treatment at the Aikune centre. I am already over 50, and I thought that in such a short time hardly anything could be corrected, but the centre proved otherwise.
