When this place first opened, we, the locals, were delighted — for us pensioners, it is convenient to have drips put up near home. The woman who went around collecting signatures was polite. But in reality everything turned out to be awful.
Disliked
The nurse, or pharmacist — I don't know what she works as there, behind the counter, is very rude. Without properly understanding the situation, she is rude. Why does she allow herself to do that? If you can't — then just say that you can't, don't know how, or don't have time, why talk like that? Why put people like that to work with people? We are people, not cattle, to be humiliated like that. I do not recommend it! And I will tell my neighbours the same. In the evenings we sit and discuss all this, and in the chats too. You can't treat people like that! You can't!

I came to this place for the first time to have iron administered intramuscularly. I asked the girl at the till whether she could give such an injection, and she nodded. I waited until she was free and asked again whether she could give it. At first she ignored me, drew up the syringe, and then started being rude. In the end I did not have the injection and asked for the medication to be returned.

The girl at the till first nodded that she could give the injection, but then ignored my repeated question, drew up the syringe and started being rude. She said that it was no different from a subcutaneous one, that I was making up what was written in the prescription, that nobody had died and that complaints about bruises go away. Because of this I did not have the medication administered and asked for it to be returned.

I regularly buy medicines from you and give injections to myself and my children. This time I sent my sister so that my child could get an injection.
Disliked
The nurse was rude and practically drove me away. I had noticed this attitude towards other visitors in her before, but I didn't think I would encounter it myself. You have lost a regular customer — with staff like that, everyone will avoid this place. I ask you to take measures.

I brought a seriously ill person to an appointment, and the nurse refused to set up a drip for him because he looked unkempt, even though he was feeling very unwell.
Disliked
The nurse spoke to me rudely and asked who he was to me, and if he was a stranger — then they wanted to throw him out straight away. She indignantly declared that everything was taken, and told us to wait outside, even though two couches were free. It got to the point where she raised her voice and threw the patient out. A boorish attitude, they judge you by your status.
