I have been having my teeth treated for more than a year now and I only go to Dr Nurlybek. I found him by chance and consider it a great stroke of luck, a true gift from the Universe.

I called to find out how much the removal of a wisdom tooth would cost, and I was quoted 15 thousand. They said they would call back about the exact time. They called back, and I said that I would come with insurance. Then they told me that the price would be higher.

The service is terrible. When I asked why it's more expensive with insurance, they gave me some incomprehensible nonsense — supposedly because payment would be made by card. And if in cash, then 15 thousand. To my "is that how it's done" they said "yes, why not". The consultant or administrator — whoever he is — is terrible: he didn't even say hello, and when you call he answers "hello yeah".
