Patient story
I came to receive a medical service. I needed to have an injection.
Disliked
The girls didn't even look at the prescription at first, then they didn't know how to administer it, barely figured it out. They don't care who gets this injection. One of them started mopping the floors between procedures in her white coat, put on gloves, but with those same gloves touched all the door handles, and it stayed that way. When other patients arrived, she took off the gloves, wiped her hands on her coat and went to give injections. To my remark and request to wash her hands, she replied that she wasn't going to my child. I'm in shock.
