I called to find out about the procedures.
Disliked
My call was answered with an accusation: "Are you some kind of spy, calling everyone?" As a potential client, I found it extremely unpleasant. I understand that people are different, but why answer clients who call like that? It's hurtful and unpleasant. It feels as if you are being forced to justify yourself for asking about prices and procedures. We have the right to know this before booking! A huge minus for the call centre.

I was advised to go to this dental clinic. I had wanted to take care of my teeth for a long time and finally made up my mind.

I really liked the result! I had zirconium crowns fitted — they are completely indistinguishable from my own teeth, and most importantly, now I can chew! Everything was done professionally, quickly and without pain. Thank you to the team of doctors!

I only receive treatment at this clinic, because real professionals work here and take a responsible approach to their work. I used to go to other dentists, but after their treatment caries would reappear on a treated tooth, and dentist Zarima Nurianovna redid the work of other specialists.

I went to the dental clinic to see the orthodontist Ali, he fitted me with a retainer, but in my opinion he did it incorrectly.
Disliked
The retainer, it seems to me, was fitted incorrectly, and it is even frightening to imagine how this doctor treats teeth at all. They didn't refund my money, they told me to get used to it, because it's a standard retainer. This is the worst dental clinic.
