I booked an appointment for eyelash extensions, I warned that I have a small child at home and that time is very precious to me, but the master simply did not come to the appointment.

The administrator did not even know that I had an appointment. I have never encountered such service, it is a nightmare. The employees are irresponsible, they clearly do not care about clients.
