My father and I came with a referral from the polyclinic for a heart ultrasound to prepare him for prostate surgery. My father has a catheter, the urine bag was overflowing, we emptied it on the way, and because of that we were 10–15 minutes late. The girl at reception said we had to ask the doctor ourselves, but he was already in an appointment. Doctor Mikhail Ivanovich came out and stated in a refusing manner that he would not do it. I explained the whole situation to him: my father is 83 years old, he can barely travel in such heat, we are preparing him for surgery, but he still dug his heels in. I asked him in a human way just to understand. I went to the chief doctor, explained, she seemed to call, but never resolved the issue.
Disliked
Doctor Mikhail Ivanovich refused to perform an ultrasound, despite all explanations. The chief doctor did not resolve the issue. I advise the Brant clinic to improve its service — after all, it is a private clinic! Or to get rid of such employees altogether.

I came for an appointment, and already at reception I encountered the staff.
Disliked
The staff at reception are very rude, even though they don't work for free. The girl at the cash desk is constantly dissatisfied with something, yet in medicine there should be ethics, deontology and subordination among staff. They started arguing.
