Liked
Venera turned out to be a very polite person who puts her heart into her work. Medical staff should be like that, and then there would be no complaints about the clinic. Thank you, DAmed clinic!

I came for an appointment, but the people sitting in the call centre cannot even answer questions. I dropped all my work, came, and they tell me that, unfortunately, there is no service.
Disliked
It is terrible that the call centre cannot answer questions. Because of this I had to drop everything and come, and in the end there is no service — 0. They should have put a knowledgeable person in the call centre.

I was referred for an appointment from the polyclinic. The doctor did not really talk to me, did not explain anything and was rude. At their reception desk a nurse is not always there either. Maybe they treat those who come for paid services differently, but today it was exactly like that.
