We arrived at half past four, having travelled from the other end of the city, and everything was closed when we got there.

Closed, even though you have not only doctors' appointments but also a pharmacy — you should not close earlier than you are supposed to.

The appointment took place at the centre, and from the very beginning everything was welcoming: the setting is pleasant, the staff are attentive, the doctors are knowledgeable. The atmosphere is such that you feel at home.
