The appointment was with Doctor Akbota. I had let the situation get out of hand myself and thought it would be very painful, but I ended up seeing her.

Our whole family has been going to this centre for several years.

I am very pleased: everywhere is clean and tidy, the atmosphere is comfortable and cosy, the administrators and doctors are polite and attentive. I would especially like to thank the paediatric doctors — my daughter and son happily went to their appointments and were not at all afraid of dentists. I recommend it!

I brought two children — aged 4 and 8, and for the four-year-old it was the first appointment in her life. Marfuga found a common language with them perfectly: she explained every instrument — that this is water, it pours, that this is an elephant (the saliva ejector), it drinks water, that this is an injection, it catches the worms. Everything went perfectly: the teeth were cleaned, the nerve was removed. The next day I also had a tooth with a nerve treated myself.

I really liked the way Marfuga communicates with the children and explains everything to them. We liked everything, thank you very much, we will come again. I would like to add one suggestion: after treating children, you could give them a Certificate for Courage, Patience and Endurance. For adults it is just coloured paper, but for children it is like a heroic deed, they love being praised, and then they will never be afraid of dentistry. Thank you for listening.
