I had an appointment with the doctor, but getting in touch with the clinic turned out to be a problem.
I don't understand why they publish so many phone numbers if it's impossible to get through on any of them anyway.
I have been trying to get through to the doctor for several days already.
No one picks up the phone — if that is the case, then why is this phone even needed.
There was an appointment with the doctor, but it is not possible to get in touch with him.
I can't get through!
I was in ward 5, and I was brought there by ambulance.
I have regained my faith in doctors and in humanity. I am very grateful to the ambulance service and to all the staff of this hospital. The doctors and nurses in ward 5 were attentive and responsive. I am pleasantly surprised and immensely grateful.
There was a situation concerning the nurses who deliver food.
The nurses who deliver food are greedy.
I went to the neurosurgery department, and there a nurse named Aisulu helped me.
I would like to send a letter of gratitude, so I ask you to tell me her surname.
I had to deal with the staff during my appointment.
The staff work carelessly and do not want to perform their duties.
Hello! I would like to find out where I can get the internal number of your hospital, how to get through and how to make an appointment with a doctor.
I am confused that on all the numbers the operators are doctors, and do they give consultations all day?
Yesterday my husband and I brought our one-year-old child to the hospital. When we were going through security, the guard asked my husband why he spoke Russian and whether he was Kazakh. My husband replied that he was not Kazakh. Then the guard began speaking in a raised voice, saying that he would make everyone speak Kazakh, and told us to go back to Russia. It almost came to a fight. It seemed to me that the guard was drunk. He had no badge, and the nurse at the station did not give his name, said she did not know it, even though they sit together all day in a small booth. At the admissions desk they said his name was Kairgeldi, and they claimed to have forgotten his surname too. After us, a Kazakh woman went through, and he reprimanded her as well; she was indignant, but it seems she did not complain.
The security guard behaved aggressively, spoke in raised tones, demanded that we speak Kazakh and go back to Russia, it almost came to a fight. He seemed to be drunk. He had no badge, and the nurse nearby did not give his name, even though they work together. At the admissions desk they gave only his first name and did not give his surname, as if everyone is covering for him. This looks like aiding a crime, since incitement of ethnic hatred carries a prison sentence. The hospital should be more careful about hiring staff.
My daughter's arm jerked, and we came at night. The doctor quickly set the arm and did an X-ray.
Very grateful. Everything is new and clean.
During the treatment no problems arose.
The treatment went without any difficulties.
