I went to this clinic, and I liked everything very much.

I recommend going here: the premises themselves, the design and the equipment are impressive from the first time, everything is clean, the lighting is excellent. The doctors are professionals, the service is top-level, I am very pleased. Many thanks to the management of this clinic for such a wonderful clinic, well done!

We had our child's teeth treated under sedation, and a week later his mouth was full of blood. I started explaining to them, and they tell me they don't have the doctor's number. After 5 minutes I called back, and they answered that they had written to the doctor on WhatsApp, but they don't have a Kazakhstani number to call.
Liked
I have no complaints about the doctor, she did everything very well.
Disliked
Change the girls — the operator and the one at reception: there's no change, they sit as if I myself should go and look for change. I urgently needed the doctor's number, but they can't get in touch with him, only WhatsApp. What kind of service is this, if they employ a person but you can't get through to him. In short, the reception ruins the whole image of both the clinic and the doctors.

I came for an appointment with Zhuldyz Berikovna with my daughter, who is 1.9 months old. My daughter developed caries on her front teeth, and gradually it spread to the neighbouring teeth. Within a few months the caries had practically eaten away the front 4 teeth, only the roots remained. I was looking for a good dentist to at least somehow restore the teeth, and I came across Zhuldyz Berikovna.

I am very happy and immensely grateful to Zhuldyz Berikovna. She built up teeth on the roots, although I thought they would rather be removed, because there was nothing there but roots. Zhuldyz Berikovna is a real fairy, a professional in her field, this is a lot of work and experience. Now my little daughter has such beautiful teeth. I wish you success and more satisfied clients.

The doctor installed the braces very carefully, one could say jeweller-like, and most importantly — with high quality. The result is excellent! All the doctors here take their work very responsibly. I wholeheartedly recommend this dental clinic.
