I came for an appointment, but had to wait a very long time. The queue is not respected, and I stood for an hour and a half to get to the doctor. There was even nowhere to sit.

The appointment lasts a veeeery long time, the queue is not respected. I stood for an hour and a half to get in. There's even nowhere to sit. You'd think you're coming on a paid basis, but the conditions are like in a polyclinic.
