I was at an appointment with the doctor and the nurse, everything went well, I did not wait long in the queue.

I came for an ultrasound, but the main doctor was on holiday, and the replacement turned out to be a woman who, apparently, does not know how to do ultrasound.

I am registered here. Today I called the reception and tried to get an appointment with a therapist, because it had become difficult for me to breathe. The girl rudely told me that the doctor had gone on a call, as if I was supposed to know that.

The level of service is zero. Let us all say then that the doctor has gone on a call. Everyone seems to be obliged, while I pay for insurance every month. When will normal staff work in our district??♀️??♀️??♀️

I booked an appointment in advance, waited two weeks for my appointment, but on the appointed day the doctor was not there.

It is unclear why advance booking is even needed, if they still see patients on a walk-in queue. You wait two weeks for your appointment, and the doctor is simply not there.
