I worked as an English teacher unofficially from August 2021 to February 2022. The head, Raihan apai, delayed my salary, paid it after the 1st of the month (as if waiting for interest to accrue on Kaspi) and only if she was in the mood. She never paid me for February at all. She lied and kept postponing the payment. During Ramadan, she still picked up the phone and answered messages, promising to pay later. And after it — complete ignoring.
Disliked
I do not recommend working here. Raihan apai communicates with the teachers and children by shouting. Believe me! I am not the first and not the last whom she has deceived like this.

I enrolled my daughter in DiDi kindergarten in 2019, and in 2022 we finished it very successfully. Our child came out 100 per cent ready for year 1.

My gratitude to the director of DiDi kindergarten, Raihan Esbergenkyzy, is boundless. I also thank the teachers for their patience and wonderful work, for their sincere love and kind attitude towards the children, for the additional clubs and excellent upbringing. I wish them happiness, respect and creative success in their work.

I believe your strict and demanding character is an example both for the teaching specialists and for the little ones. We came to this kindergarten in February 2022. Before that, my daughter knew neither letters nor numbers, and learning poems, and especially songs in the Kazakh language, was a big problem for us.

Already after 2 weeks of staying here, my daughter became active: every day — a new poem or song, an interest in learning appeared. The kindergarten building is new, the toilets are very clean, the assembly hall and other rooms are cosy. During her time at the kindergarten, my little daughter's horizons have significantly expanded, her speech has been enriched, and she has developed a desire to learn something else. She has become much more confident in herself, more inquisitive, and she is learning to play the dombra. Special thanks to Raikhan Esbergenovna for organising the children's comfortable stay at the kindergarten, for the cleanliness and order, discipline, broadening of horizons and wonderful matinees.

For our family, Didi kindergarten has become a second home: we have been studying here since 2017. My elder daughter attended this kindergarten and then went off to school, and my younger daughter is now in the preparatory group.

The entire team, from the administration to the staff responsible for the cleanliness of the kindergarten, performs its work flawlessly — over five years we have become fully convinced of this. We like the qualifications of the educators, who are contributing to the formation and development of the children's personalities. Didi kindergarten provides children with continuous upbringing and education and directly contributes to the free development of the future generation, their comprehensive education, and their being active and creative. My gratitude to the kindergarten and the educators is boundless!

It has been almost a year since my son and my daughter started attending this kindergarten. The educators at the kindergarten are very kind and eager to learn. My daughter enjoys attending the small-group classes, I see good results from the dance and drawing classes, she brings her drawing class work home and shows it off with pride.

In less than a year she has mastered Russian well, she takes great pride in her work, and she is developing a pleasant character. She has a good foundation in the basic academic skills: identifying letters, recognising sounds and numbers, and the like. God willing, I plan to continue sending my children to this kindergarten.
