We booked an appointment with the child for 11, arrived 5 minutes before the appointment, but my wife was let in out of turn, and we sat and waited for another half an hour.

The clinic turned out to be the most useless: my wife was let through out of turn, while we had to wait an extra half an hour with the child.

A very long time ago, 16 years ago, I had an appointment with Dinara Duisenkhanovna. After that, 15 years have passed, and throughout all this time I have never once consulted an otolaryngologist again.

Her professional approach, her sensitive attitude towards patients and, most importantly, her accurate diagnosis — it is simply superb, a doctor sent from God! She cured me of sinusitis, a fungal infection in the nose and allergic rhinitis. If you are going to get treatment, then only with her. I wish you prosperity and success in your difficult work!
