In our district this is probably the only development centre for children of any age. My eldest son goes here for English classes. In two years my son has noticeably improved his knowledge.
Liked
The teacher is very good: presents information in an interesting way, prepares a lot of handouts, constantly monitors progress. As far as I know, there is also pre-school preparation, an art club, robotics, chess and others.
