The administration is simply awful: the girl communicates rudely with me, changes the appointment time as she pleases, without even warning me or asking whether it suits me. In the end she doesn't even apologise, and even makes me feel guilty. This unpleasant situation has happened more than once. They need to hire competent staff.

I put off dental treatment for a long time and didn't notice how I let everything get worse. Besides, I am very afraid of dentists. The doctor Islam is, one might say, a God-sent one, almost already a friend, he took on my teeth. This person instinctively inspired trust. After looking at the panoramic X-ray of my teeth, I thought that the tooth in whose root a cyst had formed would surely be removed. But no — thanks to modern treatment, such as plasma therapy, etc., the tooth grew stronger.

During the examination he tapped my teeth so hard that they almost cracked. He didn't even look at the tomography. The advertisement stated one price for implants, but in fact it turned out 3 times more expensive. This is very dishonest.
