I had to deal with this place, and the impression left was extremely bad.
Disliked
The service is terrible: everyone is rude, they do not explain anything properly, they answer somehow mysteriously, they do not say exactly what and how. And then they even mock you. I do not advise going here — you will only waste time and money.

I had to call this clinic because I really needed help. I got through to Gulmira Berdibekovna.
Disliked
Gulmira Berdibekovna is a very rude woman. When I called the first time, she could not answer my questions properly. The second time she was rude and hung up without hearing me out. And the third time she did not pick up at all. I was left with a very unpleasant aftertaste, and I will never set foot in this clinic again.
