I had an appointment, but the Kazakhs spoke to each other in Chinese. It seems they charge the same price for all types of treatment, which raised doubts in me. I noticed that the couch covers are not changed after each client. The appointment price is the same as at other institutions, so I asked why they don't change the couch cover after each client, since it costs pennies. When I brought my own couch cover, the gynaecologist said I was too nervous.

I called by phone, wanted to get an appointment, but never got one — now I definitely won't go.

Over the entire time, I spoke on the phone twice with a person who was on the line, and I have never met anyone worse than this half-baked professional. He uses the informal "ty", conducts the conversation rudely. He cannot answer properly in Kazakh. He cannot call an administrator. Whether there is a specialist or not — he does not know. He talks as if he is communicating with a stranger as if with a peer. Ill-mannered. He cannot properly answer questions. He says he is the boss of "this whole place". What place? He cannot call a specialist to the phone. I wanted to book an appointment with you, but now I definitely will not set foot there. Unequivocally and 100% I do not recommend anyone to go here.

I came for an appointment with Doctor Bauyrzhan with a hernia, I could not stand up or walk. I was prescribed massage and acupuncture, and I went for 10 days. Already after the first appointment I felt better.

Doctor Bauyrzhan is a wonderful person! The most important thing is that they know their business. The fact that many do not speak Russian is true, but for me it is not a problem.
