I came for an appointment, had an X-ray and a 3D scan done, paid 38,115 tenge for the 3D.

On entering, everything is clean and tidy.

The price-quality ratio does not match reality. In the room where X-rays and 3D scans are done, everything is dirty and in need of renovation. The staff are very rude, the specialist who takes the images does not say hello or goodbye, the attitude towards the client is poor. It was hard for him to explain, or maybe he was just too lazy, how I should stand or how to position my head correctly for the examination. The date on the disc is wrong. I paid 38,115 tenge for the 3D, but everything is poor quality, now I have to have it redone elsewhere.

I had a CT scan of the upper and lower jaw, and afterwards I tried to open the disc with the recording at the dental clinic — out of 10 computers, the file opened on only one. At the surgeon's in another clinic it did not open at all. I called the centre (european), and the girl there honestly admitted that this happens often with their discs. As a result I paid almost 30 thousand essentially for nothing, the CT had to be redone, and in other centres where the files open on any computer, the same thing costs 10-13 thousand.

I came for an X-ray, and the doctor who did it shoved my head into the machine, while completely disregarding boundaries.
Disliked
The doctor started dictating that I was standing incorrectly, I told him it was too high for me, but he kept shoving me. He does not listen to patients, he has a mind of his own. If you do not want to be shoved, yanked about and have your mood ruined, then this is the place for you. The psychiatric hospital pines for people like him.
