But when I arrived, everything turned out to be closed. No one answered the calls, and then the phone was switched off altogether. Why do that?!

I had an ultrasound of the heart. All the staff were friendly and kind. I cannot judge the professionalism, but the diagnosis that the cardiologist suspected was confirmed.

Everyone is friendly.

But the paper with the conclusion leaves much to be desired — there are typos, for example “imocardia” instead of “myocardium”, “capasity” instead of “capacity”. After all, it is a document that will later be shown to other doctors??♀️

I did not like how the ultrasound technician works: she did not really look at anything, since the child did not want to sit, and at the same time she made a diagnosis that was later not confirmed, which I am very glad about. The same day we went to another clinic, and there everything was scanned well, but here it is unclear what I paid for. I will never go there again. Apparently, doctors are paid a salary for a pretty face? I am very disappointed with such a specialist!

We called the clinic to book an examination, the phone was answered quickly and we were booked in at a time convenient for us. We were received well, the ultrasound doctor is very competent, you can immediately see that she knows her stuff. From the doctor we learned that she has more than 20 years of experience. At first we had doubts because of a review, but we lived nearby and needed an urgent examination, so there was no choice. After the appointment the doubts disappeared.
