I went for drips. Today, 19.05.2022, I developed Quincke's oedema, and the nurse Aigul with her decisive actions stopped the allergic reaction even before the ambulance arrived — she saved my life.
Liked
All the girls are great, true professionals: they hit the vein precisely, they know the properties and technique of administering the medicines. Special thanks to the nurse Aigul for saving me and to the pharmacy pharmacist Tatyana. Huge thanks for the professionalism and kind heart!

I have been going to this pharmacy since 2019, I buy medicines that are not available in other pharmacies. They work around the clock, and they answer the phone about the availability of a medicine.
Liked
I am happy with everything. Even an ordinary medicine NEFIDIPIN for blood pressure costing around 400 tenge is only available from them, at Gogol Nazarbayev. Many thanks to the pharmacy team and the management.

The prices here are several times higher than in other pharmacies. The pharmacists work reluctantly, as if they are doing you a favour.

I bought a container for tests, submitted them to the laboratory, and they informed me from there that the container was dirty. I asked for the complaints book, but I was refused and told that claims should be made to the manufacturer. When I asked whether there were any more such containers on sale, I was told that there were no more.

They sold me a dirty container for tests. They refused the complaints book, sent me with the complaint to the manufacturer. To the question about the availability of such containers they said there were none — apparently the last one was not there by chance. If I were you, I would think before going to this snake pit.

They always serve you politely, they always advise on medicines, they are very friendly. The treatment room is good — simple, ordinary, but the nurse gives 99% of injections and drips without any pain or discomfort.
