This was not an appointment with a doctor, but a camp during the spring holidays, which my daughter attended.

I want to thank you for the wonderful time at the camp during the spring holidays. My daughter is 7 years old — she really enjoyed it, she is absolutely delighted and already misses it. I am also glad to have met you, watching how happy my daughter is. Great photos and video reports, pleasant memories to add to the collection of childhood joys, and as a bonus — a lot of crafts. I take my son to this kindergarten, and everything is fine there for us.

The kindergarten is excellent, the team is wonderful and professional, they find an individual approach to the child. Thank you to Bota and Masha for caring for the children. Mirsulu Ivanovna is a master of her craft, my son confidently began to read, write and count.

My child attends this pre-school institution, and I can say that the education here is of very high quality.

The preparation for school is excellent. The programme for children includes English and Kazakh, as well as creative activities. You can attend a speech therapist, painting, chess and taekwondo.

I was at this mini pre-school preparation centre, and it is one of the best places of this kind.

I really liked the administrator, everyone was polite and answered all my questions. They are a solid 5+ in their field! It is worth the money to stay there. In short, the best!
Disliked
They did not show me the premises itself — perhaps it is not allowed or because classes are taking place and entering inside is not permitted, or I did not ask. But that does not matter.

I take my child to classes, and I have formed my own impression of how everything is organised there.
Liked
The staff are good, the classes are good, and the children are good.
Disliked
But a big minus is that the teacher has no assistants. When there are 10 young children with different characters in a group, one adult is not enough. The teacher is torn: to hand out the material, to teach, and to help each child. It is noisy, the children are poorly organised. The toys should be repaired periodically and the children should be taught to take care of them. It feels like the category brings more profit, and whether there is enough space for everyone to be comfortable and for things to be in their places is not so important. There is potential. A little adjustment, not to economise too much.
