We started going to this centre when our daughter was 2 years old, and now she is 4.5 years old. At first these were early development classes.
Liked
I really like the way the classes are conducted, my daughter runs to them with joy, and the progress is noticeable. We will only prepare for school at this centre. I would like to thank Tatyana Vladimirovna separately for her approach and attitude towards children.

My son has been going to this academy for three years now. True, there was a period of several months when we left for another "development club" — the schedule did not suit us time-wise. So we have something to compare with.
Liked
The academy has wonderful teachers, true professionals. There is the necessary handout material for every child, and also an interactive whiteboard — the children adore completing tasks with its help. The administration is always in touch. The holidays are very interesting and fun, every child обязательно participates and learns poems. There is a creative workshop and a music and speech therapy theatre. My child attends the classes with pleasure.

We came with a 3-year-old child at the appointed time. I was holding another small child, 8 months old, who was asleep; there was no one to leave him at home with. At the academy they said you can't come in with small children, not even to sit quietly while the class is going on. And the older child can't be left at the academy without parents either.
Disliked
It turned out to be a stalemate. You lose clients over such trifles.

My child started attending this children's centre at the age of 3 years 11 months, and now he is 4.5 years old.

The result is very noticeable: he already writes, reads, knows both the Russian and English alphabets, and reads simple words in English. He enjoys drawing, dancing, and he goes there with pleasure. Thank you to Marina Vladimirovna and the teachers!

I am leaving a negative review. We studied there for 5 months and missed two classes for a valid reason. I asked whether it was possible to switch to paying per class, since one class costs 5000 tg, and paying without receiving knowledge is very unprofitable.
Disliked
I was told no and that we could simply stop attending, as they have a long queue for our place. I drew the conclusion that the result of their work does not matter to them; the main thing is that people pay and do not attend — that is what benefits them. They communicate very rudely and disrespectfully.

My wife and I came for an appointment, ours was scheduled for 10, but we stood at the doors for almost an hour — no one came out and the door was never opened.
Disliked
It's very upsetting, and it's the same at Almaty Arena — it seems they have a lot of clients and can afford to throw them away.
