Yesterday, 20 March, my husband had a lung CT scan. At reception we were told that the report would definitely be ready and would be sent to WhatsApp, and my husband clarified that it would definitely be given tomorrow.
Disliked
It is already 15.49 today, we tried to call, but the phones are switched off. I don't understand why they had to lie if they knew that tomorrow was a day off. We need it urgently, my husband has had a fever for a week already, we thought, fine, we'll wait one day. Now I don't know what to do. A repeat CT scan cannot be done, and the condition is getting worse. I don't understand why such an attitude. The most irresponsible clinic!

I have been to this medical centre twice. On the phone they answered me very politely each time, found a slot even during a busy period, explained everything. All the staff were responsive and friendly. I received the result quickly.

I was pleasantly surprised by the prices — 10000t, the saving was 50%, as similar CT services at other centres cost 20000-24000t. I recommend it to all my acquaintances. Thank you for the affordability and quality! I am very surprised by the negative reviews about the girl at reception.

Our whole family had lung CT scans when we fell ill with coronavirus. Everything was done quickly for me, the results were given without delays, the doctor competently helped to make the diagnosis, and thanks to this the treatment was successful. The pneumonia was cured in time and without complications.

The service is good, the equipment is new, we received the results quickly, the doctor is competent. The staff are polite and pleasant, the atmosphere in the medical centre is welcoming. They also have good discounts there, really the lowest price in the city. I am satisfied, thank you from the bottom of my heart! I recommend all my acquaintances to go there.
