The salon is excellent, I really liked the pedicure, an hour and a half passed as pure pleasure. They applied not gel but polish, and it lasted more than a month.

I was at this salon. A mummy with a small child comes there for training.

I thought it was great that she comes with her child.

I heard how the ill-mannered people who work there are indignant that a mother with a child comes to them. I ask the management to pay attention to this, because the training is probably not free. You can't react so negatively to children, it's tactless.

I came to this salon and waited for the hair stylist Sergey, but they didn't tell him that I was already there: I sat and waited for him, he waited for me, time passed, and my mood was spoiling.

I am extremely unhappy with the service: today the salon was very dirty, uncollected hair was lying everywhere; I put my phone on the shelf by the mirror, then picked it up, and it was covered in someone's white cut hair — just disgusting! The administrator didn't even offer a glass of water. When I asked for the hair in the room to be cleaned up, a blonde woman in a striped dress made a very displeased face. I think that with such a pricing policy, not treating a client to coffee but asking them to pay for it is simply stinginess. At the same time, the salon belongs to a French chain (franchise); if the French saw how their brand is being disgraced, they would probably be very surprised.
