I go to this polyclinic for preventive check-ups.
Liked
The polyclinic is generally not bad.
Disliked
But the qualifications of the paediatricians leave much to be desired: they do not understand the motor development of children under one year. Medicine does not stand still, yet they give harmful outdated recommendations. I do attend the check-ups, but their advice has to be double-checked.

The first time I went to the surgeon Imanbayev Kuanysh in October 2021 with a broken arm. Today I came for the second time: in a matter of seconds he pulled out a large splinter from under the nail plate, which at home they could not remove for several hours using various methods.

I want to thank the surgeon Imanbayev Kuanysh for his professionalism, golden hands and attentive attitude to the patient. We read advice on the internet, watched videos on YouTube, but we could not manage anything, while Imanbayev Kuanysh coped with this task with top marks. I am very grateful to him. May Allah grant him good health, success in his work and many years of life!

I went to this polyclinic and I want to say that it is indeed very good. They did an ECG for me quickly, everything was polite and professional.

I want to thank the nurses of the therapeutic department — Zhalgas from district 22 and Tursyngul from district 12 — for their responsiveness, professionalism and excellent work. Everything was polite and professional, the ECG was taken quickly. I ask the administration to commend them.

I needed to see a general practitioner, but the appointments were fully booked for two weeks ahead.
Disliked
If a person gets ill, are they supposed to wait two weeks for their turn? And if the case is serious — just die? This is a disorganised approach to appointments. The polyclinic is small, and if there are not enough doctors, they should make it possible to refer people to other nearby polyclinics or hire more doctors so that they work not half a day, but the whole day, from morning to evening.

I had to go and book an appointment because no one answers the phone.
Disliked
They don't pick up the phone, even though it is the 21st century now and online booking could have been set up. The doctors are young and inexperienced, there is a high staff turnover, they know nothing — it is simply awful. In one room they see both adults and infants — how is that acceptable?!

I came for an appointment, but there was not a single doctor there. The staff at the reception desk sit and argue right in front of the clients. In the end all they told me was to take a PCR test, and that was it.
