Liked
I am very grateful to my attending doctor Shokalakov Alma. She is very attentive and caring, a true professional in her field. Overall, the hospital provides the full range of services and treatment in full.
Disliked
The service and technical staff are somewhat rude towards patients and respond reluctantly to requests. Especially the staff who feed the patients: they treat them very rudely and unkindly. In department 1, I was looked after by Ainura — this person has forgotten her duties and human attitude towards patients.

Today I was brought to this hospital.

The service, the attitude of the nursing staff and doctors — the best I have ever encountered. In the admissions department there was a pleasant and competent girl, Zhansaya — a true example of a healthcare worker. The head of the department — I don't know his first name and patronymic — is also a capable doctor, he knows his business. Many thanks for the responsiveness, the warm attitude and the special attention to each patient. Many thanks to all the doctors, their work is from God.

I was admitted two days ago, there is a bathroom in every ward, it is very clean. I had a CT scan and tests done, quickly. The doctor is giving the right treatment, I keep saying that my condition is improving.

The nursing staff carry out their duties very diligently. There is no unnecessary movement and no unnecessary words. I am grateful to everyone. Thanks to our government for creating such conditions! Let us be a country blessed by God.

I was in the 5th department of block B for covid patients, while pregnant, and was discharged on 8 August 2022.
Liked
Huge thanks to all the nurses and doctors: I was treated and discharged in good condition. Injections and drips were given like clockwork, and the doctors did their rounds every day. It's a pity I didn't remember the names of the doctors treating me, but I definitely remember that one of them was a fellow countrywoman of ours from Astrakhan. The food is tasty, parcels are handed over on time, patients — even terrible and capricious ones — are treated attentively, and the department is always clean. There is a huge shower room with a toilet and hot water in every ward. Once again I am convinced that I am lucky with good doctors and hospitals: everyone performs their duties despite the shortage of staff, working in shifts, around the clock. Many thanks, good health!

I was in hospital, in department 5, and they helped me a lot there — you could say they brought me back from the other side.
Liked
All the staff of department 5 were sensitive, attentive and caring towards me. They kept coming up to me and checking how I was. The doctor explained very clearly and precisely how the treatment was going, what medicines I was being given and what they were for. The food was very tasty. Many thanks ♥️

In this department there is complete chaos: when I was admitted, treatment was not started for several days — in fact I just lay there for nothing. I had to hunt down the doctors myself and demand that I be prescribed treatment.

Yesterday, when mum felt unwell because of Covid, we called an ambulance to the house so that she could be hospitalised. A male nurse and a female nurse arrived and took her to an out-of-town Covid centre, I will say the name later. It was 17 kilometres from our house. After half an hour of driving, the medics and mum reached the place, and registration began. The doctor said that they do not admit patients without lung damage. Mum was indignant because she had underlying conditions — insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus and hypertension. After lengthy arguments, she was brazenly pushed out of the door; it was 10 o'clock in the evening. Then they hid in their offices. Mum barely made it home with her blood sugar having dropped.

We will complain about them, and we ask you to avoid this cursed hospital and never under any circumstances go there! Spread the word!

My sister has been in the department for three days now. I called there, but I can't get through — the phone is constantly engaged. The attending physician Kokumbayeva Banu Bakytzhanovna has not come to the patient in these three days, the test results were not reported, no diagnosis was made. It is unclear what she is being treated with and for what.

They have complete chaos there. You can never get through to the department because it's engaged. My sister has been there for three days, and all this time they are only painting, she has a headache, she is not getting any better. There are no doctors — supposedly they don't have time. Don't they have time to take money, or what? Or what else are they busy with? The attending physician Kokumbayeva Banu Bakytzhanovna still has not come to the patient in three days, the test results were not given, no diagnosis was even made, and how and with what they are treating her — God only knows. Now it is clear why people run to paid clinics: however much it hits your pocket, in such hospitals they might even kill you.
