I came to the appointment, and this is the first time in my life I have seen such a thing.
Disliked
The doctor shouted at me, said "Аман жок, сау жок, кім жіберді сені, Шаш очки, кайдан келдин", дікіңдеп, and in such a tone too. From his questions one might think that the hospital only accepts patients by appointment. He refused to give his surname, argued with me, and if the other staff hadn't led him away, he would have hit me.

The food deserves attention: meals were served on time, tasty and varied.
Disliked
Cleaning started after 10 p.m., it was very noisy, the staff behaved rudely, and the bed turned out to be uncomfortable — the mattress and pillow had clumped into lumps.

In the end, at least an hour of time is lost, everything is rushed. I believe the situation needs to be changed and the work optimised. A doctor should communicate with the patient, not perform the functions of a secretary. This remark is not about the doctors, but about their management.

It is simply impossible to do it yourself through Damumed, and the reception never picks up the phone — they sit at the computer as if they are busy, but are too lazy to pick up the phone.
