I have accumulated a question for the management of the polyclinic: there are so many medical centres around, yet I am referred to Almaty-1 for Doppler ultrasound and ultrasound. Then they give a referral to a gastroenterologist or a neurologist — sometimes to one clinic, and for a follow-up appointment a month later — to another. There the specialists themselves are surprised why I did not go to the doctor who had previously prescribed the treatment.

I have no complaints about the doctors themselves. I would especially like to mention the gynaecologist Yusupova G. T. and the surgeon Kuanysh Rysmukhanbetovich — many thanks, they are the best doctors, very caring and responsive.
Disliked
I do not like how the referrals are organised: for Doppler ultrasound and ultrasound they send you to Almaty-1, and to a gastroenterologist or neurologist — sometimes to one clinic, sometimes for a follow-up appointment a month later to another. The specialists there themselves are indignant about why I did not go to the doctor who had previously prescribed the treatment.
